We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working

Ordering
You can place your orders
securely with us online or if preferred, they can be
faxed to 0141 642 9468. You can also place your order by
telephone Monday to Saturday between 9am-4.30pm on 01698-748770.
Please note this is our retail outlet and our staff may
be busy so please be patient with us. The quickest and
easiest way to order is

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish
to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Order" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to
satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments.
We accept Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa
Credit and MasterCard Credit. We do not charge for any item
until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged
until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information
via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet from our securely
encrypted web pages. You should never send credit card details
in a regular email to anyone.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling charges are additional
and calculated at the following rates:

Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time from
the date of the order and upto 7 working days, starting from
the day after you receive the goods. Your money will be refunded
within 30 days of cancellation. Goods are returned at your
own expense, if you do no do so, a deduction will be made
from the refund to cover our costs of collecting those goods.
Delivery Schedule
UK Your order will be dispatched swiftly
by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and most orders will be received
within three working days.
Europe Your order will be dispatched swiftly International
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and most orders will be received
within 7 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock or you have
ordered a large quantity of an individual item, we will back
order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option
to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Back order items will usually take between
two - five working days to be delivered. If the order is going
to take longer than this you will be informed.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European
Union all tax is included.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They
are not held in clear text on any web site.

our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

We at Feeling Flirtatious are committed to
protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web
Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you
with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless
you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any
marketing email from us now or in the future.
We will not pass your information on to a
third party
The type of information we will collect about
you includes:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
- mail address
- credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information
about you without your explicit consent. The information we
hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information
that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies
we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will
be held securely in accordance with our internal security
policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
If we intend to transfer your information
outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain
your consent first.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to
keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you
have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the
address book is used and to store your details if you select
the 'Remember Me' Option. We may also use other methods to
track non-sensitive information about visitors to our site.

Returning Unwanted Items
If you decide to return the goods, which
you are not happy with or do not want. Then you may do so
for either an exchange (if the item is of higher value than
the item that you are returning you are liable to pay the
difference) or a full refund. We will require you to return
the goods to us for which you will be liable for all postage
and packing. If the goods are not returned within 30 days
from receipt of the goods, we will collect them from you and
deduct the direct cost from the refund.
If you decide to return the goods, you should
inform us of the return by e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
We will then contact you with either an exchange
or refund.
Postage does not constitute as part of an
exchange and the postage must therefore be paid again for
the items being sent to you in exchange.
Returning Faulty Items
If in the rare occasion you were to receive
a faulty item please notify us within 7 working days of receipt
and we will in return promptly replace it or refund your full
payment. Postage and packing for replacement of goods sent
to you will be at our expense.
We will require you to return all faulty
items for which you will not be liable for postage and packing.
